Toner also contains panthenol to calm skin, niacinamide to brighten complexion, plus green tea, cica, rosemary and heartleaf extracts to soothe skin. This slightly acidic toner comes with skin brightening and wrinkle-improvement dual function. Contains Vitamin B5 added through panthenol, forms a strong moisture barrier.
