Limitation of Liability - We shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with your participation in the Programme. 8. Amendment - We reserve the right to update and amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Programme following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. 9. Governing Law - These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
