Subsidiabiliteit - Om in aanmerking te komen voor deelname aan het programma, moeten filialen een website of digitaal platform onderhouden dat professioneel is, in overeenstemming is met onze merkwaarden en voldoet aan alle toepasselijke wetten en voorschriften. 3. Commissie en Betaling - Affiliates verdienen een commissie voor geldige verkopen gegenereerd via hun unieke affiliate links, tegen tarieven die binnen het Awin platform worden gespecificeerd. Betalingen worden gedaan via Awin, afhankelijk van de voorwaarden en schema's van Awin. 4. Promotionele materialen en intellectuele eigendom - Wij zullen u voorzien van goedgekeurde promotiemateriaal. U mag deze materialen niet wijzigen zonder onze voorafgaande schriftelijke toestemming. U stemt ermee in onze intellectuele eigendomsrechten te respecteren en onze merknamen, handelsmerken en materialen te gebruiken in overeenstemming met onze richtlijnen. 5. Verboden Activiteiten - Affiliates zijn strikt verboden om zich in te zetten in elke vorm van frauduleuze activiteit, waaronder maar niet beperkt tot cookie vulling, misleidende advertenties, en spamming. Schending van deze clausule leidt tot onmiddellijke beëindiging van het programma en verbeurdverklaring van eventuele uitstaande commissies. 6. Beëindiging - Elke partij kan deze overeenkomst te allen tijde met schriftelijke kennisgeving beëindigen. Bij beëindiging, moet u onmiddellijk verwijderen alle affiliate links en promotiemateriaal van uw platforms. 7. Beperking van aansprakelijkheid - Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte, bijzondere of gevolgschade die voortvloeit uit uw deelname aan het Programma. 8. Wijziging - Wij behouden ons het recht voor deze Voorwaarden te allen tijde bij te werken en te wijzigen. Voortdurende deelname aan het programma na dergelijke wijzigingen betekent aanvaarding van de nieuwe Voorwaarden. 9. Toepasselijk recht - Deze voorwaarden worden beheerst door en geïnterpreteerd in overeenstemming met de wetten van Engeland en Wales. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination from the Programme and forfeiture of any outstanding commissions. 6. Termination - Either party may terminate this agreement at any time with written notice. Upon termination, you must immediately remove all affiliate links and promotional materials from your platforms. 7. Limitation of Liability - We shall not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with your participation in the Programme. 8. Amendment - We reserve the right to update and amend these Terms at any time. Continued participation in the Programme following such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. 9. Governing Law - These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
