What this notice covers

Coudist is a M.I.A.I service. This notice explains the information used by the Coudist website and account wallet. See the M.I.A.I privacy policy for the wider platform.

Account wallets

Your M.I.A.I account identity connects you to your saved offer identifiers on our server. Account saves are retained until you remove them or request deletion. A session cookie keeps you signed in; deleting it signs you out but does not delete your wallet. Sign in again on any device to reconnect. Existing browser-only saves are transferred after successful sign-in. We do not send your wallet contents to merchants when you save an offer. Only selecting Use offer opens the selected merchant destination.

Sharing offers

When you create a share link it belongs to your account. Friends do not see your identity or other saved offers. If a friend saves through that link, we record the referral against their account and that offer so later use can be attributed. The sharer sees aggregate saves and uses, not the friend’s identity. Cashback is not active; sharing does not currently create a cash entitlement.

Referral records

When you select Use offer, we record a random referral ID, merchant, offer and time. We do not put your account ID or email into the tracking link. The selected merchant or affiliate network receives the referral ID and may handle cookies under its own policy. Imported transaction reports associate commission status with that referral, not with your full wallet. Referral and commission records support reconciliation and dispute handling.

Enquiries

Customer enquiries collect your name, email, country and message. Business enquiries also collect a business name. We use these details to answer your request. Enquiries are stored in a private administrator inbox; no automatic email is sent by this form. A one-way keyed representation of the request IP address is used to limit spam. Enquiry records older than one year are removed when new enquiries are processed.

How information is used

Wallet information is needed to provide the saving feature you request. Contact details are used to handle your enquiry, and security records help protect the service from misuse. Hosting providers process information needed to run the service. We do not sell your wallet or enquiry information. Information may also be disclosed where legally required.

Your choices and questions

Use Customer contact to request access, correction or deletion, or to ask about information handling. Include your enquiry reference where possible; do not send passwords or payment details. Saved offers can be deleted directly from My wallet. You may raise a data-protection concern with the UK Information Commissioner or your local authority.
