The current “NOT COMPATIBLE WITH BELOW VEHICLES”section is far too harsh and I think it will put a lot of customers off buying. At the moment we are effectively saying it will not work with all Audi, Volkswagen, SEAT, Skoda, MINI, Hyundai, Kia, Toyota, Renault, Volvo, Vauxhall etc. That is a huge proportion of the market, and I don't think this is accurate. Compatibility appears to be much more dependent on the individual USB/media system fitted to the vehicle, rather than the entire manufacturer being incompatible. We even have a customer review on the page saying it works perfectly in their MINI, while our description says all MINI vehicles are incompatible. Please remove the blanket manufacturer exclusions and replace the compatibility section with something along these lines: Vehicle Compatibility The Connects2 ADV-USBCD connects through your vehicle's USB media input. For compatibility, the vehicle's USB system should support audio playback such as .WAV/.WMA files and must be a media/data USB connection rather than charging-only. Vehicle multimedia systems can vary depending on the model, year, specification and factory head unit, so compatibility cannot always be determined simply by vehicle manufacturer. Some individual factory systems have previously been reported as incompatible. If you are unsure, please contact us with your vehicle make, model, year and factory stereo/media system and we can help check compatibility before ordering. We can then retain any specific models/head units that we know definitely don't work, rather than saying every vehicle from an entire manufacturer is incompatible. I think we should also add a simple message near the Add to Cart button such as: Not sure if it will work with your car? Contact us with your make, model and year and we'll help you check.
