Beyond Electrolyte Powder is a stripped-back hydration mix with just three ingredients: potassium citrate, Himalayan salt and magnesium bisglycinate. There are no flavours, sweeteners, colours or fillers, so it disappears into water or whatever you're already drinking. Each 3.3g scoop delivers 752mg of potassium and 436mg of sodium – the two electrolytes lost in the greatest quantities through sweat – plus 12mg of magnesium. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and the normal functioning of the nervous system, and to the maintenance of normal blood pressure. Take it before, during or after training, or sip it through the day in hot weather. Each 250g pouch contains 74 servings, and the resealable pouch is recyclable with carrier bags at larger supermarkets. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
